The Company

A Computer Recycling and Training Consortium was founded in the year 2000 in State of Virginia as a registered 501(c)(3),509(a)(I), 170(b) (1) (A) (ii). Educational Organization registered under the Internal Revenue Code of the United States as a nonprofit organization, whose charter is to support the disabled, disadvantaged and the community with computer equipment and support.  We are a non-stock corporation with no members and an all-volunteer, contract labor staff.

DUBS ETC INC is headquartered in the State of South Carolina.  The organization operates as a distributor to the unfortunate nationwide providing affordable computer systems and open to the public for financial support accepting donations and contributions which are marketed under the brand name of computers services. 

MISSION STATEMENT: Working to eliminate the digital divided by obtaining, reclaim and solicit computer equipment, support the technology needs of unfortunate, disadvantaged individuals, provide jobs, athletic, health, social and educational activities and awareness in our communities nationwide..
